Project Details
BKH Group successfully delivered a series of key structural milestones at Chifley South Tower, working in collaboration with valued client Built. The project involved the deployment and modification of BKH Group’s Jumpform System, including a transition from Stage 01 to Stage 02 beyond Level 25, the installation of a BKH Systems formwork hoist on Level 10, and the completion of 45 jumpform cycles. These works supported the efficient progression of the tower’s structural programme while maintaining a strong focus on site productivity and safety.
BKH Group brought together its in-house engineering expertise, specialist formwork systems and experienced site teams to deliver these critical works. The jumpform transition involved partial dismantling and upgrades to shutters, jacks, platforms and grillage, enabling the system to continue climbing safely beyond Level 25. The installation of the formwork hoist further improved lifting efficiency, reduced reliance on the tower crane and enhanced site safety. With the jumpform programme completed ahead of the structure, the team enabled internal progression into the core slabs and plant rooms, helping maintain momentum along the project’s critical path.
