Project Details
BKH Group is partnering with valued client Built to deliver Stage 2 of Liverpool Civic Place, a major mixed-use precinct in Liverpool, NSW. The development comprises a large multi-storey basement and podium, a 17-storey tower for the University of Wollongong, and a separate seven-storey residential co-living building. BKH Group is responsible for the complete formwork scope across the project, including suspended decking, jumpform systems, perimeter climbing screens and material hoists.
With the podium slab pours complete, the project has progressed into full superstructure construction across both buildings, enabling formwork removal beneath the podium and allowing other trades to commence work in the basement levels. BKH Group’s two jumpform systems are advancing the construction of both building cores, supporting safe, precise and efficient delivery. The upcoming installation of perimeter climbing screens will provide safe encapsulation of the structures, while a self-climbing hoist system will improve the efficiency of vertical formwork movement. Through its specialist formwork expertise and coordinated delivery, BKH Group is supporting the safe and efficient progression of this significant development.
