Project Details
BKH was engage to deliver the complete formwork and concrete package including the design, fabrication, installation and operation of jumpform solutions to stair/lift cores and high strutting shoring and scaffold solutions with our Rosett system. Building on the success of Stage 1, completed in 2022 wherein we contributed to the construction of the new hospital tower, as a testament to our performance, BKH has since been contracted to undertake Stage 2 in 2023. This phase includes the construction of a new Intensive Care Unit, advanced medical imaging services, an in-centre renal dialysis unit, a paediatric inpatient unit, education and training facilities, and a new front-of-house reception area.
BKH has deployed and operates two self-climbing placing booms, providing efficient concrete placement across the structure's extensive footprint. To date, BKH has supplied and placed approximately 50,000m of formwork and 15,000m of concrete. Our ongoing participation in the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality construction services that enhance healthcare infrastructure for the community.
