BKH Group is proud to be working alongside long-term client Lendlease on One Darling Point, a landmark $500 million mixed-use development at the gateway to Darling Point and Edgecliff, Sydney. Designed by Tzannes, the 17-storey precinct brings together 41 premium residences, affordable housing for key workers, commercial office space, ground-floor retail and hospitality, a wellness centre and rooftop pool. The development also incorporates the restoration of the heritage-listed 1941 Commonwealth Bank building, creating a considered balance between contemporary design, residential diversity and heritage preservation.
Drawing on its established expertise and strong working relationship with Lendlease, BKH Group is contributing to the delivery of this significant development. Through its formwork, reinforcement fixing, concrete, scaffolding and construction systems capabilities, BKH Group brings the specialist expertise required to support the project's complex construction scope. The result will be a landmark urban precinct that integrates premium living, essential worker housing, commercial and lifestyle amenities, and heritage architecture, setting a new benchmark for design excellence and mixed-use development in Sydney.
