The landmark development will redefine the North

40,000sqm of commercial space across 30 levels. It
will incorporate state-of-the-art design elements,
large floor plates, harbour views, full end-of-trip
facilities and with substantial green credentials
will target a 5 Star Green Star v3 (Office Design
and Office As Built rating) and 5 Star NABERS
Energy rating. A number of environmentally
sustainable features have been incorporated into
the building design including low-temperature air
conditioning systems for reduced energy
consumption, rainwater harvesting and performance
glass facades.
