Project Details
BKH Group delivered the second stage of Cbus Property’s prestigious Newmarket Randwick precinct in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, comprising 38 boutique terraces and a seven-storey apartment building. Working alongside Lendlease, BKH Group provided the full formwork, concrete supply and placement, and scaffolding package across 116 residences and 38 terraces spanning the Young & Fennelly, Jane St. Terraces and The Chiltern Collection releases. The project forms part of a vibrant new community incorporating residential, retail and recreational spaces.
BKH Group’s end-to-end structural capability was demonstrated through the delivery of the project’s formwork, concrete and scaffolding requirements. With formwork and concrete supply and placement largely complete, ongoing scaffold works continue to support façade and fit-out activities through to completion. The project showcases BKH Group’s ability to deliver complex, large-scale structural solutions with precision, safety and a strong focus on quality.
