BKH and Lane Access are completing works to the new vent shafts and building structures on M5 Westconnex project at St Peters. The completion of the interchange is a key piece of infrastructure in the completion of both the new M5 tunnel and the future M4-M5 Link. The project involves significant shoring and scaffolding works to shafts and buildings including around large ventilation and plant penetrations. As part of the structure works BKH is also providing all the pumping and concrete placement works and crane management for one of the shafts to allow a more organised and cohesive program to the structures.
