Project Details
BKH Group is proud to be delivering the TRI project in partnership with Built, showcasing a significant scope of structural formwork across five levels. The project incorporates more than 10,000m² of formwork, utilising a structural system of band beams and flat soffits. With average strutting heights exceeding four metres on each floor, the project presents a complex construction scope requiring precision, efficiency and specialised formwork solutions.
BKH Group has drawn on its specialist expertise and innovative formwork systems to support the successful delivery of the works. Two crane-lifted core box systems were utilised to efficiently construct the project's small but complex cores, while proprietary vertical formwork systems were employed to deliver the vertical elements. As BKH Group's second project completed since entering the Queensland market, TRI represents another significant achievement and strengthens the company's growing portfolio across Queensland's education and health sectors.
