Part of the masterplan for the Barangaroo area, the One Sydney Harbour residential complex consists of a cluster of three towers with staggered heights of 250m, 210m and 107m. Designed by renowned Architect Renzo Piano, the project will set the standard in apartment developments, both in design, quality and location. The R1 Tower will be the tallest residential building in Sydney, finishing at a final height of 250m.

BKH Group are delighted to be working with Lendlease on their continued delivery of the One Sydney Harbour precinct. For R1 Tower, our ACSA jumpform (Advanced Climbing Systems Australia) is currently at Level 20 and chasing below that we have recently installed engineered formwork systems using our wall climbers, perimeter column climbers and perimeter screens. These systems will all be climbed independently using hydraulics. Our BKH Scaffold division provided all perimeter edge protection around the podium with Rosset, including the supply, engineering design, transport, install and removal.
